This chapter focuses on masticatory muscle myofascialpain (MMP) and tension-type headaches (TTH) and examinestheir relationships to each other and to fibromyalgia(FM). We review the chronic daily headaches (CDH) as agroup and specifically chronic tension-type headache andnew daily persistent headache.
