Healthy Lifestyle Is Not As Difficult As It Seems
December 4th, 2011 . by adminI am at my mid-50s. I don’t have problems with my blood sugar, uric acid, blood pressure and no problems with my bones either. Since I was a kid, I always opt to choose vegetables and fish for my meal instead of meat and poultry products. I drink water, juice and milk instead of soda and alcoholic drinks. Other officemates cannot help but get envy because they never heard me complaining about any discomfort. Aside from my diet, I also try to exercise at least 3 times every week. I jog, walk and go biking with my children whenever possible. I am so thankful my efforts have paid off. I always wanted to keep my health better so I can watch over my kids as they grow older and still can play with grandchildren even when I am on my 60s.Coeur D Alene Chiropractor
