Have any of you thought about getting your spine adjusted by a chiropractor? I have a friend of mine that swears by them. He was an athlete in high school and had some major back issues. He said the one thing that really helped was the use of a chiropractor. He said that after the chiropractor was done, he felt like a million bucks. I really take this person’s opinion seriusly because not only his character but also because he’s had some serious limitations due to his back and if a chiropractor can make it work for him, he probably could make it work for anyone.
