Exercise is Needed for Freelance Writers

For years, my main activities are limited to encoding, research, printing, having meals, and a bit of stretching. I don’t feel any discomforts aside from occasional back pain. As a follower of healthy living, having a healthy diet is not enough to keep my body fit and healthy. I have to add some exercises to flush out toxins and to burn bad cholesterol.
